 Answers a lot of questions, 2008-04-23
I found this an easy to read book and it answers a lot of questions about thyroid deficiency and especially the epidemic of breast cancer and prostate cancer. I have purchased 8 copies for my friends and family as I think it is a very important book about a nutrient that is in very short supply. This book also addresses chlorine and Floride in our drinking water and the hazards they are creating to health.

Great Book and Iodine Success, 2008-02-09
This was a very informative book, although repetitive at time. I've started using the iodine with great success. I'm using it in conjunction with coconut oil for Thyroid problems. I have noticed more energy, my hair is glossy again and I have experienced some weight loss. Thank you for this information!

Feeling tired? Brain fog? Read this!, 2007-10-03
Purchased this after my doctor recommended it. What a find! So much in here that you never hear from regular education and doctors. And it rang true for me and has it's own scientific backing as well. Can't believe how much better I sleep, feel, and think. If you want to feel your best you should read this because 90% of Americans are iodine deficient and will be healthier, including reduction of cancer risks if they take care of their body's iodine needs. Regular iodized table salt is not the answer!

This book is one of the best for explaining how our environment mixed with the standard american diet negatively impacts our health. The steps here can save lives in the right hands.

Great Information, 2007-08-23
This book is the thorough in its discussion of the need for iodine in our bodies. It is well written and interesting to read. I am happy to recommend it to any reader with an interest in good health.
