 works better than the Extra Strength, 2008-01-21
This is getting harder to find and I don't know why. The Original works even better than the Extra Strength so I'm sticking with it.

The regular strength Gavison is the only one on the market with Magnesium Trisilicate. All the rest have some variation of Magnesium Aluminum Hydroxide and don't work as well. Unfortunately, I can't find a retail outlet anymore. [...] had a supply.

This Product Really Works, 2007-03-16
My doctor told me to get this to help with my acid reflux. He told me I could take it with the Protonix I was already on. I could not find it anywhere so I came to Amazon. The Gaviscon was delivered promptly and I was overjoyed to find when I used it for the first time,it worked flawlessly! Within 10 minutes all my discomfort was gone, and stayed gone until the next meal.It has been 8 weeks now and Gaviscon continues to work each time I use it.
Please,Amazon, I beg of you, do not discontinue this product. It is simply the best thing out there.
