The advice is to try not to over eat, avoid the caffine, fatty and greasy foods and red wine. Try not to eat 3-4 hours before bed time.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)patients who also have acid reflux are twice as likely to experienceCOPD exacerbations, says a study in the October issue of the journal Chest.
